Yesterday I popped into the Gym to watch my coaches in action. My young coach had 6 kids aged 3 and 4 years.

    While overall she was ok, I still see that she's "all over the place", instead of focusing on the kids she was moving equipment around alot of the time. Also, there was not enough feedback- both to the individual kids as well as to the group as a "teaching moment".

    Who else finds it difficult to transfer the essence of class management across to their coaches? I've been thinking about this alot lately as it directly affects our bottom line.
