Before the crisis hit, Sally had a trip to Bali planned where she would be running her Visionary Advert program, helping influencers create visionary ads in a tropical paradise.
Once the news came that all travel was canceled, Sally realized that she needed to find a new revenue stream, one that didn’t compromise her vision or standards for her company, appropriately named the Visionaries.
Sally received an invite to the Trusted Buyers Club and saw it as an opportunity to grow her sphere of influence and get the support she needed with digital marketing.
Sally already had experience working with remote businesses, and people with an online presence, so she knows about how to add value and build trust through authentic expression.
“When I got started, I wanted to make spiritual businesses profitable. In the spiritual business sphere there are long-term successful teachers who aren’t willing to grapple with technology -- and in the last 2 months they’ve disappeared because they wont go online.”
Sally first put up her high-ticket products, knowing that they usually sell with her clients.
At first, her products received interest but no sales. She got feedback from the Trusted Buyers Club members that they wanted to work with her - but they wanted to get to know her first.
Sally pivoted her offers and added a private consultation session in Trusted Buyers Club, and the day it was launched she had 6 buyers. Within 24 hours Sally had made $2000 and started a number of trusted relationships.
When asked about people just starting out online, Sally says “There are people just starting out online now, who maybe don’t know how to do it well, but they’re trying. They're willing to just do something different - and I've noticed that those people are starting to come up with very interesting ideas very quickly.”
Sally’s advice for others?
“Assess where you’re at, then decide you’re on a new journey. In life, we have so many opportunities for that. Know you’re on a new vision quest - and the elements you want to take with you this time are the real key ingredients that make you happy, that make you alive. Super-Nicheing is really important right now in order to stand out. Find out what really moves you, and brand yourself that way.”
