• Every Wednesday and Friday at 9am UK or 9am PST time the mentor sessions will be streamed in “Discussions” in the Digital Startup Circle

• Post your questions and comments for our CLA Faculty of Mentors on the GeniusU live stream during sessions (and after) and the Faculty will reply.
   

LIVE Q&A and MENTORING

• The Facilitators are available DAILY in a power hour to answer your questions
• The Facilitators will be online in the stream, Mon - Fri 8am UK and 8am PST 
• To interact simply add a post or article to the Discussion in your circle and the facilitators will reply.
• LIVE Q&A is weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8am UK and **new 7am PST // 3pm UK

MICRODEGREE

WEEKLY ASSIGNMENTS

• You have been emailed your personal Crisis Leadership Academy Rapid Pivot Promotion Plan - this is your GO TO place for your promo plan assignment.
• The facilitators will be giving you direct feedback on your assignments in weekly, half hour feedback sessions. Look out for a time to book in, they are starting this week coming. 
• You can also discuss and ask questions about your plan on the weekly LIVE Q&A sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
• Please complete and submit your weekly assignments in the Questions & Submission Sheet 
• All CLA Rapid Pivot Plans are saved here, feel free to look around at the plans from your fellow participants.
• We have set it up this way as it allows the CLA Faculty easy access to your assignments and to be able to give you direct feedback. It also allows all the participants to see and learn each other’s plans.

FEEDBACK SESSIONS

• You have received an email calendar invitation for a personal feedback session with your mentor in week 3 & week 4. Please rsvp if you haven’t already. 
• Please ensure you have completed the assignments before the call otherwise they will be unable to provide any valuable feedback on your plan
• The sessions are 4:1 Mentor and have been allocated by stream and timezone. If you need to reschedule please and have not yet arranged with your mentor, please email support@crisisleadershipacademy.com 

 

SHOW UP

• Showing up is the MOST important action. 
• Adjusting to online, group learning is crucial during these times, commit and you will find your rhythm.  
• Be online DAILY in your Circle, Interact with the facilitators and fellow entrepreneurs to leverage and learn from each other. 
• Even if you think you've heard it before, when you actively listen you'll always hear something new that applies to today.
