CRISIS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY MICROCOURSE
Welcome to new GEMs who have joined us for the CLA Microcourse!
Roger also emailed all existing GEMs on 16th May to tell you that you would receive the brand new CLA Microcourse as a special gift to you as valued members of our community.
I know that some of you may not have received your emails and are still unclear on what the Microcourse includes and how to take the course.
As your Community Manager I would now like to bring clarity and support so that you can all make the very most of this amazing course, designed to guide you through the steps to implement Roger's Rapid Pivot Plan.
Below is all the information and answers to some frequently asked questions. Please feel free to ask any questions of your own in the comments below, but please do read through the thread in case your question has already been answered.
Please let's keep this thread for CLA questions!
If you have feedback, good, bad or indifferent, we would like to hear it. Please do send this directly to Community team at gem@geniusu.com. Your email will be tracked and ticketed and we will respond as quickly as we can. Please use the email for feedback, comments and suggestions. Any questions re CLA, drop them in the comments below.
MicroSCHOOL, MicroCOURSE - What's the difference?
CLA Microschool is a premium 4 week fully-mentored program.
You may have heard Roger talk about the 'Do It With You' option; this is D.I.W.Y.
The Microschool has it's own circles, facilitators and 4 live mentor sessions throughout the week, including a session with Roger each Monday.
Microschool scholars work on assignments within the CLA Microdegrees. After each live mentor session, the recordings are added to the Microdegrees to accompany the current assignment.
If you are enrolled on the premium Microschool and you require support please contact Shane or Jaye straight away.
CLA Microcourse is the 'D.I.Y.' option.
It does include the Monday Mentor sessions with Roger and Microcourse scholars also work on assignments in the CLA Microdegrees.
But it does not include the other live mentor sessions through the week and does not include the individual/personal coaching of the Microschool.
Which do existing GEMs get?
All GEMs have full access to the CLA Microcourse
That's the Microdegrees and the Monday Mentor sessions with Roger.
But this is a D.I.Y. course and once you are set up you do guide yourself through the assignments in the Microdegree.
Where do we find the Microcourse?
All of the Microcourse content is right here in the GEM circle.
You don't need to join any other circle or group but if you have not joined the GEM circle please click the link above and request to join.
Where do we find the Microdegrees?
The CLA Microdegrees are on the Microdegrees page here in the GEM circle.
Please familiarise yourself with the Microdegrees, full guidance is included at every step.
Where do we find Roger's Monday Mentor sessions?
These sessions take place on the Discussions page here in the GEM circle.
The calls are listed in the Events page. At the start time REFRESH your page and click PLAY.
What time do Roger's Monday Mentor sessions start?
The sessions start at 9am UK time, and 9am Pacific time.
There are 2 start times, to cover all timezones in the world. The content is the same so you only need to join 1 of them.
There are 3 different Microdegrees for 3 different CLA streams - which one should I study?
You have access to all 3 Microdegrees. We advise you to choose the one that is most appropriate to your current situation and objectives. You can do this by looking through each one and understanding the content. There is a summary in each Microdegree.
Of course, if you are an existing GEM or you choose to stay in the community after the 4 week course, you can revisit the Microdegrees as your business develops.
Is there any additional support available for Microcourse scolars?
Not via CLA. This is a D.I.Y. self-guided course.
However, for the next 4 weeks I will be hosting support and accountability sessions in my Mini-Mastermind circle.
The calls are on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10am UK time, beginning next week. Recordings of the calls will be posted on the Library page.
Feel free to join that circle, chat in the discussions page and join us on the calls. Details of how to attend the calls are on the Events page of the circle -
