Focus on specific areas of growth without a need to control all.

Choose to contribute in areas of detail during uncertainty.

AVOID:

Trying to slow down events or focus on the negatives.

NOTES:

Everything alive has within it the life force to grow, even in difficult conditions & situations.

A lack of clarity is your hindrance, with too many possibilities open at one time you become  indecisive & procrastinate.

Follow the Vector flow from the Lord (Steel) to the Star (Dynamo/Blaze) - you must store your energy, build momentum slowly and steadily, and prepare for the sudden breakthrough.

This is a time of personal growth where you are maturing, there are difficulties in the beginning, experience completion at the first step before moving forward.

A thunderstorm releases tension and the rain fills the air clearing the chaos, the initial challenges will not last, you will bring order out of the necessary chaos.

1:Like a stone pillar obstructing the way, there is hesitation and hindrance.  Your path seems blocked and you don't know which direction to go. You hesitate and feel uncertain about your progress and your future.  You are the seed - persevere. Ask for assistance.

2:There is difficulty in the advance, the horse and chariot retreat.  The going gets harder and progress is further hindered, expect delays.  It is the time to move forward independently.

10 years represents a whole new cycle and you are beginning a new cycle, there is more to endure before success is attained.  Plant your seed!

3:The hunter runs into the deep forest to chase deer without a guide. Chasing after your objectives can lead you to be lost in the woods. It is time to re-evaluate, do not continue to wander being desperate to walk out of the situation - Stand Still !  Then turn and retrace your steps.

4:Horse and chariot are ready, seek alliances before advancing, it is auspicious to go forth in unity.  All members of the alliance will succeed - join the alliance and create the greater force.

5:Good prospects for the small, little perseverance brings good fortune.  Success in the small not the great.  Small steps will strengthen you and wear down the opposing forces.  Chip away diligently, little by little.

6:Do not falter and lose your perspective, your greatness shines through in the way you handle the initial challenges.  Whether you prevail or not will depend on how you manage the failures at the beginning.

Understand the season of Struggle which will help facilitate optimal decision-making leading you to personal and intellectual breakthrough.

What you plant now is only a seed, dormant in the earth - but when moisture awakens it, that seed has the power to grow strong, so strong it will split rocks.
