“Ideas are easy. Implementation is hard.” – Guy Kawasaki

Guy Kawasaki knows what it takes. He has implemented several ideas. He has great books out to learn from him.

The implementation of ideas is hard, but if you believe in your idea and you work at it, it can become a reality. Setting a goal, with specificity and writing it down will start the mind working. Then create an action plan. What do you need to do to make this idea a reality? Who do you need to talk to or partner with to make it happen?  How do you set up the meeting with these people? How much money would it take to get this idea off the ground?

Start defining what it will take to get this idea from Dream to Reality. Write down the action plan to do each one of them. Then DO them. Take action – that’s why it’s called an Action Plan.

Work to implement the ideas you’ve thought of and make them a reality. When you work to put your ideas into implementation, you will encounter a ton of obstacles that you could have never imagined. Learning from and overcoming these hardships is what sets the great entrepreneurs apart.
