~ this March we have moved through Relief into Partnership and now as a leader we are called to have Precision.

Be forceful in setting the rules to direct energy into action.

Hesitating in being heard. Compromising or being overridden.

Swift and strict punishment in a court for rules that have been broken.

This Vector is direct and forceful. It requires clarity and there is no room for muddle, confusion or chaos.

Consider if Precision is internal or external in nature for you as a leader?

Are there obstacles that you face in your leadership from within yourself, with others or is it in your external environment?

Imagine cracking a seed with your front teeth, focus and clarity are required.

Feelings of vulnerability may be surfacing. Bite down and snap through the obstacle in your mouth, splice it open and remove the obstacle from your path.

Precision is calling for decisive and swift action against those (this may be with yourself) who are unable to follow the set rules and clear conduct. Be disciplined and declare the exact rules, so that others can follow with ease, they long for the transformation, so make it clear and direct from the beginning.
