“Which Vector will be the focus for achieving a greater level of success this week?”
VECTOR 1.3 Partnership
Share the vision and organise the team around it's strengths.
ACTION:
Share the vision and enjoy a spirit of common support
AVOID:
Keeping the vision, the idea, the plan or the work to yourself.
IMAGE:

NOTES:
In order to achieve greater success this week you need to create order and structure for the people, a collective is formed. The people are united under a universal vision where individual interests are set aside. A strong Yang energy is present showing strength in creativity and an expansion of allies, friendships and opportunities.
This is a time of kindred spirits coming together, Fire (Supporter) illuminating Heaven (Creator) creating radiance, innovation and cultivation of the creative force. Heaven (Creator) upholds the Vision with Fire (Supporter) ascending upwards communicating the goals for humanity, overcoming dangers and difficulties.
There must be an enlightened leader who will take charge in order to guide the fellowship and this person must hold the inner clarity and outer strength. The fellowship does require order and organisation with clarity, strength and guidance from this leader.
1: Kindred spirits gather at the front gate. At the beginning, be open to friendship and fellowship through a shared goal & vision.
2: Fellowship of those from the same kin. Fellowship with family or fellowship forming from exclusivity is cautioned, it will result in limitation on the progress.
3: Hiding weaponry in the thicket. A cold tension may arise, be aware of distrust, conflict and a preparation of an ambush.
4: Ascending a wall. There is no success in the attack. You manage to ascend upwards in your perspective and achieve a good vantage point. Survey your surroundings, realise any mistakes and be quick to correct yourself. Do not become obsessed with your endeavour and drive a wedge between yourself and your fellowship - straddle the wall.
5: Tears are shed at first and then the fellowship joins together in laughter. Great success in union after great struggles. Set aside differences and seek common ground.
6: The fellowship can fall short of their objectives when they take too long to settle their differences, but what is accomplished is still significant and worthy of mention.
1.3 Partnership is great for those seeking to gain a position of leadership or to lead, inspire and influence large social groups. Through a focus on the group’s unity, any challenges can be met bravely and you will experience eventual success.
Consider this Vector to bring good luck, fortune and harmony to your group, team, association or organisation.
Gather in the fields,
Catherine
