ACTION:
Realign and reform those around you to new conditions.

AVOID:
Leaving things as they are.
Beginning from scratch.

NOTES:
The gears are shifting, you need to upgrade, the old ways of doing things are falling away.

Release 2019 and leave behind all that no longer serves you. (Consider your thinking, your emotions, physically with your health and spiritually)

Rework those elements you wish to take forward and develop in the new decade.

The sage must set the calendar and timing of events to come.

A leather hide borne of the fire, there is a revolution to come. The leather hide represents the armour to be worn during the reformation. At the heart and centre of this change is a magnificent fire.

Be resolute that the change is necessary before you take action. If there is good reason, then you may go forward with the reform, if there is no good reason, stay cloaked for now within the status quo.

Reform and revolution can be painful for a time, but when aligned with Spirit and the greater good it is necessary. Do not be too aggressive or you will risk great losses. However, if you are too passive then you will miss your opportunity to take action.

Having the majority support will give you the authority you need, others will believe in you and they rest their faith in your cause.

Trust yourself to accomplish the tasks at hand as the outcome will be like the distinct and bold markings of a tiger.

Know your capabilities and know who is your support.

Act timely, if you pursue change with stubbornness forging forwards too early, it will end in defeat.

Camouflage like a leopard, assimilate to your environment & your surroundings aligning with others first.

We are active on the Blaze line this week, temper your patience, ensure you are not distracted and you stay purposeful.

Attempting to please others or losing yourself will blow you off-course. Prepare for a turn around and remould what is before you.

Seize the opportunity wisely and ensure that you remain relationship-focused with confidence. It is favourable to realign those around you to the new conditions.
