My biggest learning of life in my 29 years of adventurous life, 24 years of education (schools, colleges, online and offline courses) and 3.5 years of work life.

Life is only about progress. It's the progress from our birth to our death. Do anything to stall the progress, we will resent life. And taking action in alignment to the progress, we remain happy. The external world is only a manifestation of our internal world. Therefore to progress in life, it's important to derive happy thoughts and emotions from within and not from outside. Saying which, materialism and spiritualism are not separate, they are together and one will only resent life if he or she tries to separate them. Rather, they need to be aligned to the same goal. And this goal too progress from one level to next, to many goals.

So there is no single purpose of life. Its different levels of purposes as you progress along life and constant realization of this progress is what we called success. Therefore the success is a culmination of many successes. And finally when we have the success, we start believing we have truly lived and stop fearing death. Rather we start welcoming it as the last phase of life. In my terms I call it a happy death. That's what I strive for. Nothing else.

So if you are afraid of death today, it simply means you have not lived yet. Or even worse, you may have been too afraid to live. Start giving yourself permission to live. So, If there's any ultimate purpose of life, it's "To Live" and progress everyday.
