How do you make decisions in business? 

There is so much to focus on: sales, marketing, service delivery, team management, client management, visioning and creating new products and services, etc.  

How do you know where to spend your time? 

How do you make the moment-by-moment decisions each day that can take your business to the next level - with more ease, flow, and joy? 

There is something most people overlook: how they're designed to make decisions.

Before learning and implementing new strategies... 

Before spending all of your energy on a new launch...

Before reaching out to your leads... 

... there is some foundational energetic work you can do to help you align to the best choices, each and every moment. 

This energetic work is guided by the "Human Design" system.

Human Design is based on:

- The ancient wisdom of the I'Ching

- Astrology

- The Chakra System

- The Kabbalah system

- Quantum Mechanics

It is where magic meets science, a channeled system that science continues to prove the components of, bit by bit. 

When this system was channeled, it was based on the idea that there existed a sub-atomic particle that had an infinitesimal amount of mass. At the time, Science would say this was impossible. Years later, scientists discovered the Neutrino, a sub-atomic particle with an infinitesimal amount of mass. 

When these neutrinos hit your body while you're in the womb and at the moment of your birth, they "program" you with the information they're storing in their mass. This information programs the 64 codons of your DNA and activates energetic gates within your energy centers (essentially chakras) that define how you're uniquely designed to move through the world and make decisions.

These gates are connected to the 64 hexagrams of the I'Ching, mapping out the wisdom of Nature that lies within you.

This allows you to deeply understand yourself and how you're designed to navigate the world and others in it.

And there could be nothing more important for you business. 

Your ability to make the correct decisions in, and for, your business is at the heart of its success or failure. These can be the small daily decisions of how to spend your time or the big, critical decisions that need to be made. 

If you're trying to make these decisions with your mind, you could be in for a wild, stressful ride, learning a lot of unneccessary lessons and stuck in thoughts of what you "should" do, paralyzed by all the possible directions. 

Your mind isn't designed to guide your direction and path. It's an advanced tool meant to be used to solve problems on your path. 

Decisions are designed to be made through your body wisdom. Depending on your design, you may be designed to make decisions through your Inner Authority. Here are the most common inner authorities...

- Sacral Center: becoming attuned to the rising or contracting of your life force when presented with options

- Splenic Center: trusting your instincts, intuition, and spontaneous knowing

- Emotional (Solar Plexus) Center: waiting out the waves of emotions until you arrive at clarity

- The G (Identity) Center: listening to what you say in a moment vs. what you know in a moment.

- or a few more, less common ways.

Understanding how you're designed to make decisions and honing your Trust in yourself and your unique way to make decisions is more important than any strategy you can learn. 

This internal guidance system will help you know, without a doubt, what strategies to learn and implement, what clients to serve, what leads to reach out to, etc.

It takes the guesswork out of it. 

There is a LOT of detail in a human design chart to be understood to fully live your design.

A good starting point is to know your Type. There are 4 Types in the Human Design System:

1. Generator: Designed to respond to life... to listen to your sacral response to know what decision to make.

2. Projector: Designed to wait for the invitation to speak or act, so the timing is always right. 

3. Manifestor: Designed to initiate and inform others of what actions you're going to take and why

4. Reflector: Designed to sample those around you and wait out a lunar cycle before making a decision.

Beginning to become more aware of your Type and Authority and utilizing them to make decisions (instead of your mind) for your business is the energetic shift and energetic foundation that will make everything else easier. 

As you align to your design, your business will align to you.
