Plan for the future and collect resources in preparation.

Tread lightly and lay out your plans with consideration.

Bulldozing or raising your expectations.
Hurrying impatiently.

NOTES:
Awaken with the Star, vibrant and energising, allow for a quickening, the energy will keep you on your toes. What is the Vision and Who will come along, help or partner up? What do you want and move backwards from that. Be aware not to let the Star energy distract, confuse or complicate what you are wanting to achieve.

Then we move with the 2.5 Vector to the Trader and activate Tempo. Tuning in through our sensory superpowers, being observant and seeing the deeper insights at hand. Active in the question of ‘When?” thoughtfully planning and keeping ‘things’ together.

This hexagram can be used to combat lethargy, fatigue or lack of motivation, the lightning/thunder is over the earth - the earth is aroused.

Further to this, we use this Vector to generate greater energy, verve, ambition and motivation in others ~ when you find your inner strength and confidence you will attract allies who believe in you. These allies will follow you behind your “cause”. It is a fortuitous collaboration.

this hexagram has been used by warriors, fighters and soldiers to ensure military success and prepare the strategy.

It is necessary before you proceed to seek counsel from a “Master” or seek out sage advice before initiating action. Make time to check in.

To be motivated to achieve, you must first be motivated by the energy of Life.

Move through the hexagram;

1: Potentially you firstly feel exhausted, with a loss of direction, aimless and with block aspirations.

2: Tune into the subtleties and be sensitive to the environment, there are seeds of change around you, early signs that things are shifting. Rise above the distractions and noise and ‘see’ what is hidden.

3: Any uncertainty or anxiety in yourself leads to hesitation which results in delays, you must seize the moment and execute with enthusiasm.

4: Look inward to find what motivates you and what sparks and awakens enthusiasm this will propel you forward.

5: Be aware of unresolved issues resurfacing that can affect your endeavour - persevere through them.

6: There is an opportunity for growth, through the greater awareness that you have gained and a logical understanding, remain flexible to course correct as needed.
