What’s the price when you fail?
Two weeks ago, Roger James Hamilton posted and article about Elon Musk's rockets failing time and again and Elon joking when his rockets blew up.
The point being that most see these expensive rockets blowing up as failures, but Elon has mastered learning by failing, so he expects to fail epically and often. Elon builds failure into his business model.
Joe Martin understands the importance of embracing failure to create success. His journey from employee to freelancer to owning and running two businesses to selling his businesses has taught him a lot about building testing (and failing) into his systems.
Luckily for us, Joe will be sharing his insights with us on July 10th.
Have you thought about how can you increase the testing you can do? With your customers? In delivery? To develop the next product?
