At 2:40 am, I find you can have your best and worst thoughts, this morning, as I lay awake the thought of the weakest link came to mind.

We a group of 434 + members on FB, all committed our time, money & energy to completing the Mentoring process. 

Some of us have finished, some have not & some may not have even started yet. We may be fired up or not, stuck in overwhelm or flowing like a mighty river.

The Mentoring MD’s & Genius U we all have in our hands are powerful to transform the lives of others, but we also know, it starts at home, with ourselves.

As a collective group of accredited Mentors who needs help ?….. so we can all rise strong together and reach the 4 corners of the earth with a positive impact of the Entrepreneurial Movement.

I have had a couple of days of being "out of flow", missing calls with the responsibilities as a parent & wife taking over, - this highlighted for me in my “family comes first” mode that we don’t push, ignore, or leave behind those in our “tribe”.

I know for myself I am limited in my direct contacts with those to speak too, who understand the EMC -MD processes I have just learnt. “Study Buddies”

So as of 2:40am, I have time to offer up,
I have created a day where as a member of our Mentoring circle:

By doing this together, it lightens the load and sometimes instead of pushing forward we might need to pause and turn around to give a helping hand to one of our team mates behind us.
