Entrusted with this educational impulse, holding it and leading it is no small calling and as a parent / educator / student, I wish you all possibilities to achieve only Great things !!

Quality education as a global goal is definitely one of my UN Global Goals & when I heard about Genius School I drafted down ideas, thoughts & learnings as we are in a time of great possibilities and opportunities as the unpredictability of our changing world becomes apparent.

As a human race, we are aligned to an organic system, whereby the environment is created with the understanding that together with the right conditions only then can we flourish into the future. An ecological perspective.

We need to consciously create the right conditions in which the seeds of possibility can grow and develop. 

Our ability to innovate, maintain creativity and utilise technology through collaborative works can give a degree of certainty for a brighter future for ourselves and our planet, however it is not the full picture.

Our young people will be taking us into this future (new world), and education remains a powerful tool that has the potential to shape them to become agents of change, creative strategists and innovators for success.  

Education runs deep with all of us, we all have stories, memories that we hold from our formative years and they have shaped our confidence and our self worth we all have a vested interest in education, as our young people take us into a future we can not fully grasp.

Our young people will experience the greatest impact on our advancements, climate control and the quality of our lives.

To be on the leading edge of transformation both locally & globally, we need to embrace our younger generation providing them with education, support and mentoring that is quality driven.  

Our young people hold value and genius that will allow our communities, organisations and humanity to shift, adapt and advance beyond what we current know.

If our communities and human race were purely mechanical systems then a structure based on production, conformity, batching and distribution would suffice. But...it's not.

The genuine capacity of our young people to push-back, challenge, take a risk and get back up & try again ….. this we need to support, encourage & nuture.

Our young people hold the key to unlock further innovations, allow for creative strategy & solutions, take risks and eagerly embrace the connectivity of our world.

From the old to the new, seeds of a conscious, wholistic education have been planted years before, with thought-leaders like Rudolf Steiner & his model of 3 fold education, Maria Montessori & today in our modern day, with modern terminology, we have educational systems like Reggio Emilia & change makers like, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Peter Diamondis, Sir Ken Robinson & Howard Gardner all impacting & distrupting the educational & learning space.
