Hi GEMs - EMC Step 17 and the Yellow to Green 'Scaling team and time' Microdegree is out!
When you think of your business as a time machine, where you are constantly turning your time into team, giving you higher performing time, which you can turn into a higher performing team, there is always a way to have a big impact in the world while also reclaiming your time to live the life you want to live.
If you are keeping on track with the Microdegrees so far, congratulations. If not, have no fear! Do you remember one of the earliest mentoring principles I shared? Nice and Easy? That’s going at your own pace. Some of you will find some of these Microdegrees more important to you than others. Some of you will choose to focus on just a few of these that you include in your own mentoring programs.

And remember you’ve got an entire year to walk through all twelve of these Microdegrees and complete EMC, so don’t worry if you don’t get them all done in the three months in which we are releasing them all!
Regardless of where you are in the Microdegrees, what I do recommend is that you watch the EMC videos, as that will give you a sense of how they all fit together, and then you can go to the one that is most relevant to you right now. Plus you will get the context of how they fit together.
