The link will take you to the next video in the certification, the 2nd of 12 principles of mentoring, and a link to Week Two’s Microdegree: Your Genius.
Some of you might have taken your Genius Test in the past, but don’t skip this Microdegree! Each week we build on the one from before, and you will now begin to see your talents and your team in a different light after taking the first Microdegree on your values and your vision.
You will also see how important it is to have a team (or join a team) that is aligned to your values, supporting your vision and complementing your talents.
