Steve is an ambassador for the transparency task force, and leader of its market integrity team. He is changing the international financial services industry with introduction of a new quality standard for codes of conduct. It is putting values back into the money industry.
His ‘day-job’ is running one of the UK's largest full service auto-enrolment consultancies with a partnership network of over 700 business adviser firms. WPD has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Professional Services category of the Yorkshire Business Masters Awards for 2017.
As a chartered insurance professional, qualified and active financial adviser, pensions transfer specialist and a background in investments with some of the world’s largest banks, Steve has a detailed understanding of the way things work and affect growing businesses.
He now spends much of his time travelling around the world talking to entrepreneurs about how to launch and grow values based organisations, and practice values based leadership. Steve is an executive and non-executive director on several boards of values-based organisations within the Financial Services and Charity sectors, and the founding director of Values Based Adviser.
