Is there one task or action that you have been putting off? What is hovering over your head and making you feel stressed? Take a moment to examine that task. Is it necessary? Yes or No. If not, shelve it or delete it entirely. If yes, then schedule the time to do it. Put it in your calendar NOW!
Challenge the Time you take to do a task. It may be just habit that you take 30 minutes to answer emails. What would happen if you challenged yourself to do it in 10 minutes? What would happen if you hit the 'delete' button?
