I think the most valuable less i learnt out of this micro degree is the need to delegate and build a strong team. To motivate, grow, up-skill your team and find a away to solidify your relationship as a business together. I started this microdegree a few years back. and Just completed it. I'm enjoying the journey. My new Game will be created in the Crisis Leadership Academy that starts May 18. Actually it stared a few days ago when I committed and registered.
