I know that some people here some times have had problems understanding my deeper meaning behind my words - not to excuse myself, as I am sorry if I have come across as rude (never my intention) - but this might explain a bit :-) Certainly "food for thought" - for me !!
Why do Danish leaders seem so rude?
Over the years, I have had to explain Danish leadership and organizational style to many non-Danes. And the typical reaction has been: I wish I had known that 8 years ago.
