Thank you Mr. Stanley for accepting me to be one among this team that are already for change, to change the world. My name as he have already said I am so called Adrianus Muganga from Tanzania a third year student at Sokoine University. What makes me to have a hot desire of change, firstly is attaching to my life background which was full of challenges, not only that, my Country is still dependent while has multiple resources plus young men( a very potential resources) but we still complaining were are poor. I found that we are mentally poor (just great ignorant). From that i have been searching the way to organize young men at my University plus others from other neighbouring Universities like mine to help our family and exits from poverty to good standard of life without successful, I tried to organize them while their response was still down, they still believing on government employment. I have been searching a smart people of similar burning desire like mine for so long to corporate with them for change with no result. But now I think I am so luck to join this cycle, i think this group can help me to accomplish my dream. I am ready to corporate with you on everything to make our goal come into reality.

Here's one for you, Stanley. In SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory), we say a weakness can be an overdone strength, and vice versa. So in the context of change, you get those who thrive and/or are easily adaptable to change (in flow), whilst there are others who resist change (out of flow). I can see how this fits into the WD Model, and more, but don't want to influence your thinking - so will leave that with you. wink-wink :)

Great Question Jacqui - I will think about it. Might be a good one for the circle to answer as a group.

Great question, Jacqui! Stanley, I'm interested in knowing if there's a clear way of deciding whether to persevere when faced with a challenge, or whether to change course. Sometimes the mind overclouds the gut and vice versa so it's difficult to discern whether I'm either changing or holding on for the right reasons.

Another great and important question Allison. This one I will answer after a few other insights have been gained from the group first. You might even be able to answer it yourself then.

Everything is the Universe is in either one of two states. It is either in a state of creation or a state of disintegration. Nothing stays the same - everything is changing. Look at every area of your life. If it is not in a state of creation, by default it will be in a state of disintegration.
