A Little About me your Health Genie 
I have been involved with health all my life and have professional experience as a nurse, psychologist, counsellor, Heart IQ coach, Art of Feminine Presence Teacher and for the past 5 years as a personalised health coach. I also have plenty of personal experience from having to cope with a chronic health condition and a young family, my husbands year long battle with Leukeamia and subsequent death and then managing a family, home and business on my own.
