    I haven't seen this one before, Nelda Emard - there are many out there and the 2 most known free-ish versions are Trello and Asana.

  Hi Nelda Emard, the events were purely to notify circle members that a new video was posted. It is the only way I could figure out to do that. There is no event for the first day, but you should be able to find the day 1 video.

  This takes A LOT of time. Since I am getting ready to travel, it's been a little hard to keep up; however, the good news is, I had already done a lot of the planning from when I took the microdegree, especially the brain dump part.

  DeBorah - planning does take focus and time - there is no way around that unfortunately. There is a lot of gold in the brain dump especially for when you plan out each of the 2 week sprints - so you definitely are in a good place.
