    Hi Rose, I loved Ecuador. Our tour include a flight between Quito and Cuenca, but the volcano blew the night before so we ended taking a bus trip down the spine of the Andes (12 hour trip), stopped in at the first church built in the country, a wonderful little cafe at the gas station, and ice-cream tasting in a town where every family is an ice-cream connoisseur and are in constant competition with each other :) I know you are going to love this trip and we would love to return. When do you plan to do it and how are you going to accommodate the COVID travel restrictions?
