Dying coral could be revived by playing healthy reef sounds underwater
Researchers led from the University of Exeter report that the sounds attract twice as many fish to help clean up the reef and make room in which new corals can grow.

Dr Chris Pickard on LinkedIn: "Mental Health and Exercise (in Potters Bar) Last week I read a report on the benefits of exercise in preventing depression. Regular exercise is key for optimal brain health. I also read a report from the WHO about just how serious the ‘lack of exercise’ epidemic is in our children and teenagers. It’s no wonder mental issues are getting worse. So when I saw a program about the Potters Bar Clinic, I just had to put this together… https://lnkd.in/gRQwJXU If you would like to know more about supporting optimal brain health and recovery then watch the video all the way to the end for a further video on 8 causes of mental health issues. I’ve also put a link in the description underneath the video to 5 further trainings. #mentalhealth #healthyyou #wellness "

The whole 'let's wait to get sick mentality' is part of the global health problem, not just the UK. We need healthcare education within schools. Not more money on drugs. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/drchrispickard_hospital-waiting-times-at-worst-ever-level-activity-6603202913038929920-KX-B
Dr Chris Pickard on LinkedIn: "Time to take Self-Health Responsibility... ============================ Our NHS is Desperately Overwhelmed ============================ This means that waiting times are at an all time "worst ever" level: https://lnkd.in/gdRuuaD Most people, including politicians are suggesting we throw more money at the problem. Is throwing more money at it really the solution? I don't deny that it "could" be a potential solution... But I have another idea. What if we worked to fix all the preventable health problems that are a HUGE burden on the NHS? Health problems that could be fixed with nutrition, exercise and stress clearance. This would clear the way for the NHS to only have to deal with the problems that are not preventable, and those heroes working with the NHS will be able to focus on what they are truly good at. We would save money and our nation would get healthier too. Sounds like a good idea to me, but I suppose it would because it is "my opinion". Leave your thoughts below. "
